On the Principals of Kibbutz - Muki Tzur

Martin Buber once stated that the three principal ideals of the French Revolution - liberty, equality, and fraternity - diverged with liberty heading westwards, neglecting equality; equality headed east, losing sight of liberty; and all forgot fraternity and human kinship. To this day, the kibbutz has asked the question as to whether fraternity can pave the way to equality among free men and women with diverse characteristics. It continues to pose that question today.
